Cults release ‘Host B-Sides & Remixes’ EP

In 2020, the New York duo of Madeline Follin and Brian Oblivion, aka Cults, shared their critically acclaimed album, Host, praised for being “remarkably atmospheric” (Variety) and “solipsistically charming” (Pitchfork). Today, Cults have released their EP Host B-Sides & Remixes,  featuring three new B-sides from the record alongside remixes from Johnny Jewel, Small Black, Tama Gucci, and more.

Releasing these B sides compilations has become an important part of making an album for us because it pushes us to experiment more on the songs that might be outliers, knowing they’ll have a chance to live. We were blessed with amazing remixes from Johnny Jewel, Small Black, James Patterson, & Tama Gucci & we can’t wait for you to hear them. See you on tour!
